I came home to a broken garage door last night. I called Fishers Garage Doors, expecting to get an answering machine and having to wait for a call back the next day. But, someone actually answered the phone! The technician offered to come right away or the next morning, which I chose. He was here exactly within the window of time promised and had the broken counterbalance springs replaced in little over an hour! The price was about what I expected and I was able to pay with an electronic transfer. Who could ask for anything more?!

I found broken spring and cable on garage door at 10:30. Tech called me back immediately, said two jobs ahead of mine. He arrived and was courteous and dressed professionally .
